Preceded by a career in graphic design, Kacho became a director of film in 2003. He has had the opportunity to create seminal music videos for artists such as Ricky Martin, Juanes, Tego Calderón, Daddy Yankee and Calle 13 among others. Kacho is a 6-time nominee and 2-time winner of the Latin Grammy in the Music Video of the Year category.
